My Fav Fall Outfit

Mixing grunge and mod-chic is my favorite recipe for a striking casual look. Here I have my favorite winter basic, a simple black sweater, with my boyfriend jeans that I can't stop wearing. The jeans are Rag & Bone, but I've sound some less expensive and very nicely fitting alternate version online at H&M (shop here).

 The mix in style of accessories make the outfit; with trendy booties and hoops with a slouchy beanie and a flannel. It's cozy, simple, and still stands out as a stylish choice for casual daywear.

The flannel-round-the-waist trick can make pretty much any simple outfit look more calculated and cool. The red plaid is the best choice since it qualifies, in my opinion as a "neutral pattern" and looks the most classic and effortless.
